Welcome to Hello Fairytale Puzzles & Gifts, a creative little shop based in East Grand Rapids, Michigan. I’m Nicole, and I make hand cut wooden puzzles, hand drawn laser cut designs, and colorful gifts inspired by the people, places, and communities around me. You’ll find one-of-a-kind puzzles alongside gifts created to celebrate local schools, teams, and hometown pride.
I design and create two types of puzzles. The first is a traditional handcut jigsaw puzzle, cut one piece at a time on a scroll saw. The second is a lasercut puzzle where I draw each piece which then gets cut on a laser.
I love the community in which I live and feel honored to be able to create meaningful gifts for the schools and community that have such a deep impact on my life.
I paint funky florals and create other illustrations which are available as prints.
I enjoy experimenting with various mediums and recently start mosaic work.
